Credit card — CITIBANK, N.A. (TX)

Card opened without my consent or knowledge. A Macy 's credit card was opened under my name on XX/XX/XXXX and credit monitoring flagged the account on XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted the credit department, they identified that this account had been opened, and orally confirmed they would lock/cancel the account and open an inquiry into fraud. I have not received a case number or account number from the credit service provider regarding this issue.
