Reporting company used your report improperly. This is a follow-up complaint regarding [ XXXX / Equifax / XXXX XXXX XXXX I previously filed a dispute and complaint under the FCRA ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i ), but the bureau continues to ignore its obligations. The inaccurate accounts remain on my file despite clear statutory violations. As established in XXXX v. TransUnion ( XXXX ), XXXX ( XXXX ), and XXXX v.
