Transaction was not authorized. I ordered an item off of XXXX that was an in stock item and supposed to be shipped right after the shipping was paid, after purchasing the item I was told to pay the shipping invoice. They explained they had changed their method of payment for shipping through XXXX a platform used to transfer money and asked me to send the money through there. Once I paid I asked when my item was going to be shipped but they had stopped responding for a week straight. Finally someone responded and assured me that the item had shipped out last week and would arrive within XXXX weeks. It was supposedly sent out on XX/XX/year>. It is now XXXX and I have yet to receive the package and they have keep ignoring my messages. I was able to get a refund for the statue through XXXX wh
