Card opened without my consent or knowledge. Credit card opened under my name with ChimeXXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/year>. I have never interacted with Chime in any capacity nor given consent to use or access my information. I do not have an account with Chime. I never receieved any notice from Chime whether by email, phone, or physical mail regarding these actions taken by them.
