Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION (NJ)

Information belongs to someone else. I am filing a formal complaint regarding inaccurate credit reporting by Credit Acceptance. I previously disputed this account with the credit bureaus, but they verified the information without providing proof of accuracy. I do not recognize the aforementioned account which, which was open on XX/XX/XXXX.The aforementioned account was not made nor initiated by me which results to identify thief and fraud. I have attached a copy of FTC Identity Theft Criminal Complaint as proof from the US Federal Trade Commission that this aforementioned account posted is fraud and identity theft.
