Contacted me after I asked not to. 21st mortgage I was behind one payment, they call upwards of 5+ times a day, ( I have caller ID records to prove it ) emails sometimes more than once everyday. They send certified letters to any address they find on the internet. They send letters not certified constantly. They call phone numbers that are n't even mine, talking to other people about my loan. I have asked them repeatedly not to call, or send letters to any other address other than the one they have on file. I have asked repeatedly for a pay off figure not to include an escrow balance. I have asked for a complete payment history, they refuse to send one. What they have sent are XXXX completely different histories, and they say that " XXXX '' has his own set of books.
