Problem with personal statement of dispute. I discovered a fraudulent Affirm account opened in my name without my knowledge or consent. I became aware of the account on XXXX after receiving text messages stating I was behind on payments. I did not apply for this account, authorize any loans, or receive any goods, services, or funds. I reported this to Affirm on XXXX and provided evidence that I did not authorize the account. Despite this, Affirm concluded that I am responsible for the fraudulent loans listed in the account. I have not received any goods, services, or benefit from these loans. I am requesting that Affirm remove the fraudulent account, correct any credit reporting, and confirm in writing that I am not responsible for these loans.
