Debt collection — I.C. System, Inc. (TX)

Frequent or repeated calls. I made a fair and totally compensation offer to the original debtor They choose to turn over to collection. I have documentation and an credit card authorization they choose not to charge. It seems like a XXXX business decision to me. I agreed to pay the FULL amount. I WILL NOT deal with this collection agency -- -period. I do not believe they have the whole story or documentation. I want to cease and decease calling me.
