Student loan — Nelnet, Inc. (TX)

Don't agree with the fees charged. Hello to whom it may concern ; I have called and ask for itemized statements on each loan and nothing was provided. I have spoke with several representatives that has given me all false information regarding my account and does not match up with the records I have on file. My account has been sent to various loan lenders which is unacceptable or ethical for business. This allows for foul play and additional hidden fees to occur. Please be advised
