Problem using a debit or ATM card. XXXX multiple fraud purchases were made with my stolen bank card at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I reported the fraud to site & my bank within less than XXXX hours .. Site was able to reverse all but XXXX large transaction for {$180.00} .. It was recorded by the site as a unauthorized transaction yet they said had to be reversed by my bank .. I could not file a claim with the bank until it was no longer pending transaction .. XX/XX/year> as soon as it allowed I file the claim through Chime .. I provided all the emails from the site with proof of fraudulent transactions .. No account or order number exists as Ive never bought anything from the site .. XX/XX/year> they denied my claim with no actual proof of why just that thats what they decided..
