None. Previously, I submitted a complaint about my American Express card. My money was lost in a balance transfer, XXXX XXXX, 2016. Please refer to CFPB Case number : XXXX. American Express has had time to research the issue, but no one has phoned, written, or otherwise informed me of any updates on my situation. In short, I requested a balance transfer from my AMEX card to a XXXX XXXX credit card. The money never showed up in my XXXX XXXX account and I was given the run around each time I called and spoke with AMEX representatives. The company responded to my complaint by saying they needed 45 days to trace the funds. Why has n't anyone been in touch with me? Electronic funds do n't get lost. American Express is responsible for sending funds to a bank that claims that they do n't
