Problem with rewards from credit card. XX/XX/XXXX - I applied for a Citi Advantage XXXX XXXX. It offered XXXX miles with purchase within XXXX months. My XXXX months should have ended XX/XX/XXXX. I received a letter in the mail stating that my credit was locked and that I needed to unlock it. Between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I called the number on the letter. XX/XX/XXXX - I received an email that I was approved for {$3500.00}. XX/XX/XXXX - I received an email that the card would be on the way. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX - I inquired why the online counter of months and miles was different from the agreement. I did not get a sufficient answer.
