Deposits and withdrawals. The bank has put a permanent freeze on my account until I can provide an identification they know I was trying to buy the identification that I had stolen from me from XXXX in Arizona and froze the purchase. I have called back and spoken to a supervisor and demanded after her lengthy process complicated answer that they don't have the ability to give me a partial use of the account at a store to get food when they know I have XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I'm starving and I demanded that they close the account write a check and send it to for the full amount in my account to the address on record they refused to do it that is illegal they sent a card to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and need to send a check with my full amount to that address.
