I was provided with XXXX Mortgage Assistance to bring my mortgage current through XXXX. The servicer of the mortgage was XXXX XXXX at the time. The payment was made by the state of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX indicated that $ XXXX was necessary to do so. I was eligible for XXXX yet when the mortgage was sold by XXXX to PHH Mortgage. The payment history reflected arrears of $ XXXX and XXXX days past due payment history. I was in a XXXX XXXX plan at the time and all payments were made through the Bankruptcy XXXX through payroll deduction to XXXX. The Mortgage Assistance was paid directly to XXXX and it required XXXX to provide the amount of arrears
