Concora continues to charge 29.99 % interest and late fees on my closed Milestone account ending XXXX despite the same documented hardship. This inconsistent treatment is unfair and predatory. Demand identical relief : 0 % APR, full late fee waiver, fixed $ 30 monthly payment, no charge-off. Secondary : immediate charge-off so fees stop.
