IQ Data is reporting an alleged debt to the credit reporting agencies under a name that does not match the correct spelling of my legal name, raising serious concerns regarding the accuracy and identity of the consumer being reported. Additionally, upon verification with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, IQ Data is not registered or authorized to operate as a debt collection agency in the State of Texas and therefore lacks legal authority to attempt collection of any debt from a Texas consumer. I have made multiple good-faith attempts to contact this company to dispute the alleged debt. Certified mail was sent to the address listed for IQ Data on the XXXX credit reporting platform, which is the same address under which the company is reporting this account. All certified
