Funds not received from closed account. I am upset with Wells Fargo. I closed my account with them in XX/XX/year> because my husband and I were upset with their business practices. I have heard of numerous complaints and reports of unpleasant experiences with this bank, so we decided to close our accounts early before any more claims were filed against them. However, in XXXX XXXX XXXX, I became ill and had to go to the hospital. I purchased two plane tickets on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to see my in-laws for XXXX, but unfortunately I was unable to travel due to circumstances beyond my control. I contacted XXXX to cancel my flight tickets since there was still time. I was already somewhat skeptical about how my refund would be processed since we closed the accounts. I started to record ever
