Funds not received from closed account. On XX/XX/year>, I initiated a {$4900.00} standard transfer from my XXXX account to my Chase business checking account for XXXX. Shortly after the transfer, Chase closed my business account. Since the account closure, Chase has continued to hold this {$4900.00} XXXX transfer and has not released or returned the funds. Chase stated they need proof that the XXXX account belongs to me due to a name mismatch : my legal name differs from the English nickname used on my XXXX profile.
