Funds not handled or disbursed as instructed. So I was told by a supervisor that I could get reimbursed for the {$170.00} late fee for my rent since I tried to get the money back before it was late. I have contacted bank of america numerous times but the representative that I have spoke to, never answers my calls or return calls back. They previously denied my request and tried XXXX get answers but Bank Of America keeps giving me the run around. I want to speak to someone ASAP, and I want to be reimbursed for the {$170.00} like I was told previously. If not I will request a federal investigation on bank of america for every department. The people that handle these complaints will not answer my calls or return them. If I have to, I will take to social media and to the news and let them know
