Problem making or receiving payments. Im literally trying to call suncoast to report suspicious activity on my debit card. Upon calling, after 10 minutes of prompts and the system hanging up on me twice, i finally get a live person. He immediately met me with sarcasm. I asked him for a supervisor and he made a snarky remark. ( Just pull the call logs and you'll hear it. ) He put me on hold for over 20 minutes as a vindictive act for asking for a supervisor. This is absolutely unacceptable. My lively hood is literally in the balance and my bank thinks its okay to treat there customers like garbage. Now my card is in danger of further fruadently activity and I cant even call to report it.
