Frequent or repeated calls. I spoke to them last week and explained my financial situation in which they agreed to accept payment as long as it wasn't XXXX days past due. I was told I would not be harassed or contacted regarding this unless and until the payment was XXXX days late. In the last XXXX hours they have called me XXXX times, and I have explained I am at work and can not receive personal calls or I will lose my job and asked them not to call with in these hours. They told me that they have a process and this is it and they would continue to call me as much as they want until the debt is paid.
