Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I spoke to numerous employees at XXXX Citi that informed that my disputed fraudulent purchases were flagged and I would receive reimbursement. A majority of the disputed charges were from XXXX. Subsequently, I was informed by XXXX Citi that they would not reimburse thousands of dollars in fraudulent XXXX charges. I cancelled credit cards and was issued new credit cards. I was told that NO NEW APPLE CHARGES would be incurred and it would be monitored by the XXXX Citi Security department. This was an outright lie. Fraudulent charges from XXXX continued and the company offered the consumer zero security protection. XXXX XXXX security department was negligent and offered zero protections to the long time
