Attempted to collect wrong amount. Cavalry Portfolio Services is reporting a collection account originally from XXXX XXXX. This account was previously deleted from my credit report after a dispute, then later reinserted. I was not provided written notice of reinsertion within XXXX business days as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The balance being reported is inaccurate and unverifiable. I made payments to XXXX XXXX prior to charge-off and was never notified of charge-off or sale. The amount reported does not reflect prior payments. XXXX XXXX has stated the account was sold and payment history can not be verified. Cavalry has failed to properly investigate and verify the accuracy and completeness of the information. I am requesting permanent deletion of this tradeline.
