Debt collection — CAINE & WEINER COMPANY, INC. (CT)

Debt was already discharged in bankruptcy and is no longer owed. Since XXXX until the present Caine & Weiner placed this charge off debt on credit ( 1099c ), without proving proper validation, failed to provide a copy of the original owner, failed to provide a copy of the contract agreement, improper use of my credit history, all without my consent nor providing proper documentation, clearly violating 15 USC 1641 section 1607,, 15 USC 1681s-2 and 15 USC 1681, never provided any documentation .The moment I disputed this debt, it should been removed and properly investigated, I m requesting all of the above documentation and removal off my credit report
