Vehicle loan or lease — WELLS FARGO & COMPANY (IL)

Problem with additional products or services purchased with the loan. I purchased an extended warranty for my new vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX. This extended warranty was added as part of my balance for auto loan in wells fargo. XXXX weeks later, I requested cancellation. The dealer sent the refund for the remaining warranty ( {$4900.00} ) to wells fargo auto loan, and XXXX has informed me that they received the refund XXXX weeks ago. However, ever since then they have been ignoring my emails, and my money is no where to be found. I would like update on how the money will be returned to me. ( direct deposit? taken off the principal? when? )
