I am filing this complaint regarding my personal loan account originally issued by Transform Credit, now operating under the name Together Loans, which has been placed with a third-party collection agency. I have made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve this matter prior to further escalation. I have clearly communicated that I am willing to either ( XXXX ) make a reasonable lump-sum payment to settle the account or ( XXXX ) restart payments under a repayment arrangement. Despite my willingness to resolve the debt, I was informed that Together Loans will not consider a lump-sum settlement and intends to continue pursuing legal action against the co-signer regardless of my efforts to pay or resolve the account. I am concerned that I am being denied a meaningful opportunity
