Attempted to collect wrong amount. Hi, I requested for a detailed statement of an amount that a debt collector is requesting for me to repay for a cell phone service I had for over 10 years. The debt collector/original collector sent me a bill with the full amount due with no description/breakdown of the amount owed. Can you please look into this issue.
