I have been told by loan officers that the loan was n't even legal. I n XXXX you must have the wife and the husband sign the loan. Comerica never had my husband sign the paperwork. I took a {$40000.00} loan form Comerica ; the account # is XXXX and since the inception of the loan I have been making the monthly payments. In XXXX, I noticed that my statements were no longer being delivered to my home. Furthermore, when I went to make payments in person at that time I inquired about the loan balance with one of the bank tellers helping process my loan payment. I was told by the teller that they were not able to pull up my lo
