None. I paid my vehicle loan company ( Santander consumer USA/ Drive Financial ) through my banks XXXX electronic funds transfer system on XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX I received a voice mail message stating that my car note was late. I immediately called the etrade who gave me a confirmation number provided to them from Santander. I then called Santander and was told that even though I had a confirmation number I would need to submit a copy of my bank statement showing the said transaction. I sent my bank statement on XXXX XXXX and an additional document showing all of my bill payments to Santander. After Santander received the documents I was told they were insufficient and I needed a copy of the electronic funds transfer or the check that etrade sent to them. I called etrade and was told that t
