Transaction was not authorized. On XX/XX/year> before holidays I noticed a strange login to my account with a different phone which was alarming because I only have XXXX personal phone with my sensitive info. Shortly after I see a transaction of {$650.00} sent to a person Ive never heard of or know. When I attempted to reach out and get my refund all attempts have failed even with cashapp saying they cant approve my refund because the funds were sent using my pin. Cashapp has been known for data breaches and somehow my account is victim of fraud and now all my funds were gone in the worst possible time ever. Havent had ANY luck on helping me get my money back and Ive even filed a police report on this matter.
