Trying to communicate with the company to fix an issue while managing or servicing your loan. I contacted PHH Mortgage company on XX/XX/year> that my Veteran 's status had been changed to Service XXXX, and requested a refund of my previously due at signing of the mortgage a {$5300.00} roughly VA XXXX XXXX Fee. I had a XXXX claim in at time of signing in XXXX. Now that my XXXX status has changed, I am to receive the refund of the feel. I was hoping to get this refund before XXXX...
