Debt was paid. In XX/XX/XXXX I went to XXXX XXXX Hospital ER for a XXXX, XXXX, used my health insurance card. I was looking at my credit score XX/XX/XXXX and come to find out I have a collection agency trying to bill me after 5 years! CMRE Financial Services Inc. I never received a bill and now its messed up my credit.
