Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. On XX/XX/year>, I was charged {$540.00} for a XXXX helicopter tour that was scheduled for XXXX XXXX. The service did not occur as agreed. We waited for over two hours and were repeatedly told 15 more minutes. The helicopter did not depart until approximately XXXX XXXX. Once it became clear the delay was unreasonable, I requested to cancel. The merchant refused and stated the booking was non-refundable, forcing us to proceed or lose the full amount.
