Debt collection — D. SCOTT CARRUTHERS (CA)

Threatened to sue on too old debt. I received correspondence from The law office of D. Scott Carruthers stating i owe his client XXXX, XXXX ( XXXX ) $ XXXXoriginal creditor XXXX. I am writing you because the letter is inaccurate and threatening based on my credit report this debt is not assigned to XXXX ( see attached letter ) also D. SCOTT CARRUTHERS owns XXXX. This debt is too old to take legal action therefore making this demand illegal.
