Credit reporting — EQUIFAX, INC. (KS)

Problem getting my free annual report. I was just hired on to a job. When my employer did my background check, they said that my social security number was tied to another name! I went online to the annual credit report website to get my credit reports, but I was n't able to even view them because it said there was discrepencies with my social security number! I need to get my credit report so that I can view it in order to file a police report!
