Problem with fees. I had a CITI bank Best Buy card account ending in XXXX that was unknowingly auto renewed and fees were applied and accrued. Immediately upon discovery of this account and fees, the account was closed and paid. Best Buy prorated and paid the remaining balance of {$120.00} DIRECTLY TO CITI BANK. ( please see attached letter from Best Buy Credit Services ) This exact amount was then * duplicately * added by CITI BANK in error to my account ending in XXXX. After exhaustive efforts to rectify this by calling and opening disputes with CITI Bank, this error remains uncorrected. At one point I was forced to make an in person visit to Best Buy and a call was made to Citi Bank with a Best Buy managerXXXX from CITI Bank acknowledged this error and stated he would have to refer this
