Having problems with customer service. My wife and I have consolidated federal student loans through Navient. We are both going to graduate school and both sent in student loan deferment request forms. We have been going back and forth with them for weeks. The first time we called, they claimed they did n't have my wife 's form, but had my form so we sent hers again. We then get a denial letter and when we called, they said it was because they did n't have my form, even though the first call they said they had mine. So, I had my school send it again. Finally, we got an APPROVAL letter and that our deferment was effective immediately. Two days later, we received another denial letter. WHAT??
