Attempted to collect wrong amount. XXXX XXXX XXXX, doing business for XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX after a terrible not-at-fault car accident, the rest of all hospital bills were covered by the at-fault drivers insurance company, XXXX. They refused to take payment and remove this collection upon settlement. They would much rather have this listed as a collection on my credit report than have their money!!! This defies logic and I want this removed immediately.
