None. These people bought my mortgage a few years back, and are the worst I have ever seen in terms of customer service, and that is quite a statement. I have run call centers/helpdesks for some time now, and if my staff or response times were anything like this, I would expect to be fired. After waiting 15 minutes to speak with someone, I had a complaint about a fee they wanted to charge me for a piece of basic information ( payoff quote ). I asked to speak with a supervisor, and was told that none were available ( strike one ). I was told that I would be given a call back - when I asked what the timeframe was I was told 72 hours ( strike two - three days, really )?
