Checking or savings account — Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FNIS) (SC)

Unable to open an account. I attempted to open a checking account, but the bank declined me due to a ChexSystems report showing a closed account from a fraudulent check. The check in question was reported to the bank, and a police report was filed, but I do not have a copy at this time. The bank was aware the debt was fraudulent, yet the account closure and ChexSystems reporting remain, preventing me from opening a new account. I have made attempts to dispute this directly with the bank and ChexSystems, but the issue has not been resolved. I am requesting removal of this record so I can access banking services.
