None. CITI bank issued a refund check for the amount of {$3000.00} on XXXX/XXXX/2016. I tried to deposit the check into my XXXX checking account. But, XXXX never released the funds to me saying that CITI placed a hold on the issued check. As a result XXXX suspended my checking account. When I called the CITI bank they issued me a replacement check for the same amount and I deposited into my XXXX XXXX XXXX checking account and it 's cleared. But, CITI is charging the first check of {$3000.00} on my credit card account ( but I never received these funds ). It 's impacting my credit score and each month CITI is generating statement with 23 % APR on the {$3000.00}. It 's been more than 2 months but the issue was not resolved.
