Student loan — AES/PHEAA (DC)

Received bad information about my loan. Please note that this case is affiliated with [ Case number : XXXX ]. I am submitting this complaint due to my experience with Fedloan Servicing concerning the PSLF program. In XXXX, my colleague contacted the Department of Education inquiring as to whether her 501 ( c ) ( 6 ) employer, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, was a qualifying organization for purposes of PSLF. The Department of Education affirmed that the organization was a qualifying organization under PSLF. When I submitted my PSLF certification to Fedloan Servicing in XXXX of XXXX, I was denied by Fedloan Servicing without explanation. The letter stated, " Organization does not qualify.
