Debt collection — Medical Data Systems, Inc. (GA)

Right to dispute notice not received. The collection agency said that they do not have to follow the laws of the FDCPA due to the XXXX XXXX Employs the collection agency. They also said medical debt is not subject to the Georgia Statue of Limitations on debt Laws. I clearly asked the collection rep to repeat what he said and in fact that on a recorded line he said they DO NOT ABIDE by the FDCPA laws.
