Debt collection — Receivable Solutions, Inc. (SC)

Not given enough info to verify debt. This company is sending me false documents. The letters have the exact contact information and pretty much the same letter but they changed name to original creditor on the NOTICE of INTENT. Also, they stating I have not dispute and I have confirmation that they did receive my disputing letter. I also called XXXX XXXX XXXX and they are unaware of this letter. If these accounts is not deleted IMMEDIATELY from all XXXX credit bureaus, I will file a lawsuit! While I prefer not to litigate, I will use the courts as needed to enforce my rights under the FCRA.
