I did not have a charge account with XXXX Card that began with Charge Account No. XXXX back in XXXX XXXX, 2014 They have violated my rights and stated that I had a balance of {$3400.00}. They marred my excellent credit. I have faxed and repeatedly called them but they will not address this situation with me. Would you kindly escalate this matter.
