Credit card — CITIBANK, N.A. (MN)

None. When Costco transitioned their relationship from XXXX XXXX to CitiBank Visa they automatically took out credit in my name. I had a Visa account elsewhere and did not want the CitiBank card. So before the transition, I informed Costco, but I still got a card in the mail, so I never activated the account and cut up the card. I do not, and have not ever had any relationship or contract with CitiBank. However, many months later, I got an email about a late balance from them. So, I called and found out that Costco had charged my annual member to the the CitiBank Visa card ( which was NEVER activated ), and for some reason that charge was able to post!?!?
