Public record. On XX/XX/XXXX, I reported the unethical manner in which a law firm/collection agency obtained a judgment for their client. The reference number for this case is XXXX, ( still under investigation as of today 's date ) within this complaint I detailed how this process will greatly harm me and my family. Well just like I proposed in my complaint -- the three reporting credit agency included this information on my credit reports as of XX/XX/XXXX, my credit score has decreased 35 points. I am requesting again that this agency intervened in this process, upon reviewing my previous submitted complaint you will find that I reference my concerns as it pertains to my credit report and how this information will affect my credit score.
