Trouble with how payments are handled. I have been paying the required monthly payment plus some since my repayment terms started in 2008. My loan payments were supposed to end this year and then Navient changed that and now somehow my loans extend into next year and beyond. I was supposed to be done this year according to when I had my loan with XXXX XXXX and now I still have like {$5000.00} left somehow. I pay the required amount every single month I do n't understand how I still owe so much on my loan. It does n't seem right
