In speaking with the RUDE US Special Handling Supervisor XXXX XXXX regarding the re-insertion of the fraudulent inquiries and the incorrect information provided to me on how this issue will be resolved including the Supervisor XXXX XXXX engaging in a debate with me and essentially hanging up I decided to escalate this issue. Consumers should never be treated with such DISRESPECT especially from someone in a position such as a Supervisor. On XXXX XXXX, 2017, I discovered XXXX inquiries were removed and re-inserted into my credit file but XXXX out of the XXXX inquiries re-inserted were FRAUDULENT ( documents on file ).
