None. Experian sent a letter stating someone had tried to change my name, ss#, or address. Because I had a security freeze on my credit they were required to inform me in writing within 30 days. Then referred me to their website to view my credit report for a $XXXX charge. I did receive the report with no changes made and now they are charging me an additional $XXXX This is very deceiving in what they try to sell on their website through a scare tactic of someone trying to break the security freeze. They will not tell you who or which creditor has tried to make a change so they are just ripping everyone off by using this scare tactic and charging the $XXXX every time they send one of these letters out.
